Our Team

Two generations, one team

Eierman Business Consultants is a father-son team that pairs 18+ years of building a $25M+ company with Division I leadership and a background in psychology. We help owner-led service businesses tighten their operations, develop their leaders, and build a plan they can actually run, and we stay hands-on until it works.
